We welcome physicians, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, first responders, dental hygienists, dental assistants, physical/occupation therapists, students, servants (non-medical helpers), and a trip photographer/videographer on all of our general medicine and dentistry trips.
The trip will be from June 7 - 15th, 2019. We will fly into Guayaquil and then drive down a coastal highway to the town of El Guabo, where the team will be based for the week. Each day we will head out for the 30-minute drive to the village of Pasaje Canton.
We will be supporting an effort to plant a new church in Pasaje Canton.We will have a medical clinic, dental clinic, eye clinic, pharmacy, public health training, and hopefully physical therapy. Medical professionals are invited to bring their families - there are a variety of ways to serve in the clinic, and we will be doing a children’s program as well. We are also planning to conduct a pastors conference during the week.
Jeff Presley will be the team leader and Curt Barnes will be serving as assistant team leader. We will be partnering with two local missionaries - Marilyn Guido and Tammy Vintimilla. Marilyn and Tammy have been receiving teams through GHO since 1999. It is their passion to serve the underserved all over the country, and they are excited to be working with us in serving the people of Pasaje Canton in the name of Jesus Christ.

- Foreign language skills are appreciated, but not required.
