Bethania After School Tutoring Ministry and Adult Education

The Adult Education Teacher will be responsible for developing ways to educate adults in a variety of fields, primarily those which are the expertise of this person. Bethania, where our community center is located, is often abandoned by men during the day, but all of the adult women stay back working. There are huge opportunities to teach them to read, write, learn English, and other trades. The teacher would also develop learning opportunities, connect with the community, and invite adult learners to the learning opportunities. They would evaluate the learning opportunities and adjust as needed. They would build relationships with adult learners with the goal of discipling them and helping them grow in their walk with Christ. 

• Part-Time: people to do specific workshops on relevant/interesting topics 
• Full-Time: people to teach, disciple, etc. in all programs
