International Church Ministry Internship

Qualifications 

• Knows and loves Jesus,  A growing relationship with God. 
• Interest in serving and learning at an English-speaking international church in the context of the larger host culture. 
• In agreement with church statement of faith & covenant (contact TEAM for more information)
• Heart for working with people of different cultures than one’s own 
• Some experience in cross-cultural relationships preferred 
• Passionate about and gifted in at least 1 of the ministry areas below 
• Some experience leading in these areas preferred 
• Willing to commit to at least 2 years 
• Sensitivity to red zone security measures

• Children’s ministry

• College ministry 
• Worship ministry 
• Outreach ministry 
• Small groups ministry 
• Social media ministry 

Other Responsibilities 

• Participation in language learning 
• ​​​​​​​Engagement in various ways with the surrounding culture 
• Regular meetings with Sr. Pastor and/or another supervisor 
• Regular participation in Sunday worship and churchwide events 
• Helping with special events and ministries if needed 
• Responsibilities with TEAM and sending church
