Our Mission
Predisan exists as a Christian healthcare organization so that individuals and populations in the Predisan service area experience wholeness – physical, spiritual, social, economic and environmental health – according to God’s redemptive plan.
From what began as one leap of faith, Predisan has expanded to bless the people of Eastern Honduras in many ways. Today, Predisan has a positive reputation across the country, and a growing number of opportunities to serve and share the message of Jesus. Predisan serves the people of Eastern Honduras by providing vital healthcare and community development initiatives while meeting spiritual needs as it proclaims Jesus and heals lives.
PROGRAMS
Spiritual Development: At the core of this ministry is our desire is to see spiritual growth and life change in our staff, patients and the communities we serve.
The Good Samaritan Medical Center - with 35 years of service, the GSMC serves the population of the urban and rural areas of the entire district of Olancho and some other provinces at primary and secondary level. The Good Samaritan Medical Center (GSMC) is a hospital that serves 24/7 with emergency care as a referral center.
The Center for Rehabilitation of Patients with Addictions (CEREPA): Since 1988, the Center for Rehabilitation of Patients with Addictions (CEREPA) has helped thousands of people from Central America and the U.S. to overcome substance abuse. Recovery is holistic and faith-center.
Community Transformation - Believing that human beings have inherent dignity, and believing that God has called the humankind to be good stewards, Predisan has focused on develop community skills and moving the local resources towards comprehensive wellbeing including spiritual, physical, socioeconomic and environmental areas.
Educational Development Program “Celia Lett” support families with children at social risk with bright minds. Families with children at social risk with bright minds.
