Guinea is located in West Africa. We will serve amongst a people group of 13,000 that is completely unreached with the gospel. Our established partners: Community Church Ministries, Inc are committed to evangelism of this people group through prayer, learning their language, clean water wells, sustainability projects-including farming. During our time in Guinea we will serve in 4 different areas amongst this people group. We will provide screenings, treatment and health education. We pray that they see the love of Jesus and through this outreach many will be saved.

We desire medical professionals: doctors, physician assistants, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, medical students, first responders, physical therapists, pharmacists. We also desire those that do not have medical experience that would like to help with logistics and with our eyeglass area and fitting the children with expandable shoes.

MPFC has a Covid plan to do our best to keep trip participants and our patients and partners safe and healthy. We will be watching country requirements closely. If we have to cancel this mission your application and funds will be moved to a future mission of your choice.

Requirements

Prerequisites

You must complete and pass our background check. You will receive this information after your application is approved.
Each participant will need to provide 3 references. They will receive information regarding this after their application is approved.
Passport with 2 blank pages and at least 6 months past return date of trip. Provide clear color copy of passport page with your application.
Medical professionals please provide clear copies by 12/1/2022 of your diploma (matching healthcare profession), professional license, current resume.
Consider obtaining Hepatitis A and oral typhoid vaccines. **** Yellow fever and Covid vaccine required.
A visa is required. You will need 2 passport photos for this. This will be discussed at 1st team meeting held via zoom.
Complete Covid testing per USA, Guinea, and airline requirements. Will discuss during our team meeting.

Responsibilities

We ask each participant to attend team meetings, including devotions. Please be on time during the trip and attend all trip activities.
We expect participants to be a team player, demonstrate flexibility and be an example of Christ at all times. We will discuss further at our team meetings held via zoom.
