Summer Internship Application

                                                           
Our summer internship program is designed primarily for college students who are interested in pursuing a career in missions, or desire to learn more about international missions. The program involves being paired with long-term missionaries to learn about their work/service area, as well as serving in other areas of the hospital as needed. Most interns will spend part of their time assisting with child-care responsibilities for missionary children.  The internship is well-suited for those interested in medicine, engineering, marketing, education, or hospital administration.
 
The number of interns each summer depends on the needs of the hospital at the time, housing availability, as well as the availability of long-term staff to mentor summer interns. Interns will meet weekly with Nate & Cheryl Ross to discuss readings about cross-cultural issues, pray together, as well as to process the events of the summer.

All costs for transportation, housing, food, and incidental expenses are paid by the intern (approximately $3000). Fundraising is encouraged.
